1. Before installing the drilling rig and erecting the column, the top plane of the column should be as parallel as possible to the bottom surface; Clean the bottom to ensure that there are no loose debris on the bottom surface, place sleepers on top and bottom, adjust the vertical column, apply pre tightening force, and then attach the bracket part to the taper axis of the bracket seat. Tighten the large nut to fix it.

2. Before connecting the pipeline, it should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid contaminating hydraulic oil and damaging hydraulic components. Connect the water and oil pipes according to the joint markings of the drilling rig pump station to ensure they are firm, reliable, and error free.

3. Inject N46 or N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank of the pump station, with the oil level reaching 4/5 of the oil tank.

4. Check whether each control valve is flexible and reliable, and whether the action is consistent. Before starting, the motor and oil cylinder reversing valves should be in the middle position to avoid starting difficulties.
